Our Nonprofits

Lifelines, Advocates, and Changemakers

Brooklyn Org is proud to fund high-impact organizations across our communities

Members of the Arab-American Family Support Center

Brooklyn is home to a diverse, innovative, and underfunded community of vital nonprofits essential to our vision of a fair and just Brooklyn.

Whether working on the streets of Brooklyn or taking their message to the state capital in Albany, our grantee partners are at the frontlines of change and at the heart of our mission.

Brooklyn’s talented leaders and their teams are developing solutions to our borough’s most pressing issues – addressing urgent needs like hunger and housing and advocating for long-term change on civil rights, economic opportunity, and more.

Working with partners to offer targeted capacity support

We are champions for our nonprofit partners and we are invested in building the pipeline of Brooklyn changemakers, providing holistic support – including coaching, connection to other funding resources, skill-building, and more. We also convene nonprofits to share ideas, resources, and build collaborations.

With BKO’s expanded Issues & Impact, we can’t wait to welcome even more organizations into our ever-growing community of changemakers.
