Don’t Miss Alicia Garza + Ai-jen Poo at the Brooklyn Changemakers Ball!

Summer may be coming to a close, but have no fear – our inaugural Brooklyn Changemakers Ball is right around the corner!

Join us on Wednesday, October 12th at the Weylin in Williamsburg for an ‘only in Brooklyn’ celebration of community-led change.

Come in your best Brooklyn-inspired style, and get ready to dance, laugh, connect with friends old and new—all while raising funds to support our annual grantmaking for racial justice.

The evening will honor Brooklyn Community Foundation Chair Emeritus Alan Fishman and feature a conversation between national changemakers Alicia Garza, co-founder of the Black Lives Matter movement, and Ai-jen Poo, MacArthur Genius and president of the National Domestic Workers Alliance. And you won’t want to miss our after party, where you’ll dance the night away!
