Managing Through Uncertainty: Workshops for New York Nonprofit Leaders

For over 35 years, Nonprofit Finance Fund (NFF) has helped thousands of mission-driven organizations become financially stronger through tailored investments, strategic advice, and accessible insights that adapts to our clients’ changing needs.

This fall, NFF is offering free workshops to help New York City nonprofit leaders manage and advance their missions in the context of today’s funding and policy uncertainties. This half-day workshop at the Brooklyn Community Foundation will be the second of five held across the five boroughs. A light breakfast will be served.

With NFF’s expert guidance, you will:

  • Think practically about your organization’s financial health and readiness, including how to use debt as a financial management tool
  • Develop scenarios with identified triggers, and corresponding action plans
  • Understand the full costs of delivering on your mission, and learn how to articulate your full financial story to funders and other stakeholders
  • Learn from peers and build your network
